Return Policy
We hope you love your HUMBLE pieces. If something is not quite right, you may return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it.
How to request a return or cancellation
To request a return or cancel an eligible order, log in to your customer account using the email address you used when placing your order.
From your account, select the relevant order and click Request return or Request cancellation. Once your request has been submitted, we'll review it and notify you by email when it has been approved or declined.
Please note that returns can only be requested within 14 days of delivery, and cancellations are only available for orders that have not yet been shipped.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
- Returned with all original hangtags attached
Return shipping is free. Use the return label included in your package.
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at contact@humblebysofie.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item, so we can help resolve it quickly.
