Return Policy
We hope you love your Humble By Sofie pieces. If something is not quite right, you may return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
- Returned with all original hangtags attached
Please include your invoice or order confirmation in the return package as proof of purchase.
Return shipping is free. Use the return label included in your package.
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Need another size? You are welcome to exchange your item within 14 days from receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and has all original hangtags attached.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at contact@humblebysofie.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item, so we can help resolve it quickly.
