Shipping
We offer free shipping within the EU on orders over 700 DKK. Orders are shipped with GLS within the EU, and UPS outside the EU with a shipping cost. All orders are packed within 24 hours on business days, and delivery time is typically 1–5 business days. In Denmark we only deliver to parcel shops. In foreign countries we deliver to your chosen address.
Returns & Cancellations
If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days from receiving it. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are on us - just use the return label in your package. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
To request a return or cancel an eligible order, log in to your customer account using the email address you used when placing your order.
From your account, select the relevant order and click Request return or Request cancellation. Once your request has been submitted, we'll review it and notify you by email when it has been approved or declined.
Please note that returns can only be requested within 14 days of delivery, and cancellations are only available for orders that have not yet been shipped.
