Returns / Refunds:
We understand the difficulties of online shopping, and therefore please reach out to us if you're not sure about fit or sizing - we will love to offer advice, measurements or photos to provide as much information as you need before you purchase so that we may reduce the carbon footprint of every one of our garments.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at humbebysofie.com, we give you the possibility to return your purchase 14 days from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received the items. Please note that when you use a ParcelShop for the delivery of your order, the withdrawal period starts the day it was delivered to this pick-up point.
To be eligible for a return of a purchase, the items must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in the original packaging, and the original hangtags must be on the items.
To complete your return, please enclose the invoice in the package you return as a proof of purchase, and your refund will be processed to your account as soon as possible.
We will only repay the amount to that credit card that was used during the purchase.

Non-conforming goods and incorrect goods:
If your goods are non-conforming or we have delivered the incorrect goods, please contact our Customer Service. If you notice the non-conformity or incorrect goods at the time of delivery, you should refuse to receive the goods.
In case of non-conforming goods or incorrect goods, you can choose between the following options:
- Return the goods and receive a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs when our Customer Service has processed the returned goods,
- Return the goods and receive similar goods when our Customer Service has processed the returned goods, provided we can supply an equivalent, or
- Keep the goods and request a proportionate reduction of the purchase price
When contacting Customer Service, you will be asked to provide the order number, possibly the goods/item number, and to describe what is wrong with the goods etc.
You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of non-conforming goods or incorrect goods. We will refund the purchase price and of course the delivery costs once we have received the goods, unless you choose to receive new goods to replace the original goods.
You are welcome to exchange an order to another size, if you do it within the 14 days from when you receive your orders. And again make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in the original packaging, and the original hangtags must be on the items.

Delivery information and shipping prices/methods:
At the moment we deliver with free shipping to following countries in EU, but anything is possible, so send us an email at email@example.com if you don't see your country on the current list:
- The Netherlands
- (Norway 85 DKK)
All our goods to EU are send by GLS, otherwise UPS, with a delivery time between 1-5 working days depending on your country. In Denmark we only deliver to ParcelShops, and your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. In foreign countries we deliver to your chosen address. If nobody is at home when our carrier arrives, he will make a second try, and if you are still not at home your goods will be delivered to a GLS ParcelShop near your home, which you will be informed about.
Please note that the risk of loss or of damage to the goods passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged when you pick it up at the ParcelShop you should refuse to receive the goods. If you wish to complain about any lack of conformity, you are required to give notice to us.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order has been shipped from our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link which allows you to follow the package for delivery. However, please note that it can take up to 24 hours from when you receive the email to the link is active with status information on your package.
We accept the following means of payments:

Your payment will be charged to the means of payment you have selected when your goods leave our warehouse for delivery.
All the listed prices for goods, delivery costs and other costs include taxes and value-added taxes.
Costs relating to delivery, freight or postage may vary and are added to each order.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations in relation to the Terms, if the delay or the non-compliance is due to events beyond our control.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you cannot order or purchase goods on the Website.
An order placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
