Shipping
We offer free shipping within the EU on orders over 700 DKK. Orders are shipped with GLS within the EU, and UPS outside the EU with a shipping cost. All orders are packed within 24 hours on business days, and delivery time is typically 1–5 business days. In Denmark we only deliver to parcel shops. In foregin countries we deliver to your chosen address.
Returns
If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days from receiving it. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are on us - just use the return label in your package. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for another size, please contact us within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original condition.
